SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We use TNT courier service to delivery the majority of customer parcels. For small parcels we use Royal Mail Tracked Service. Please note this applies to delivery address in the United Kingdoom only.

TNT Courier Service:

All parcels dispatched with TNT will be delivered Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm and will require a signaturer upon delivery . Please kindly ensure that there will be some one to sign for the parcel at the delivery address.

Royal Mail Tracked Service:

All parcels dispatched via Royal Mail will be delivered Monday to Saturday Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel the next working day but this is not guaranteed.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In the event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can choose to exchange for either an alternative items or received refund less the cost of shipping.

All items must be returned with in 14 Days of delivery.
